Services — 2025 Roster
Strategy-led brand systems for founders building the next category.
Three engagements. One principal on every project. Published pricing on the diagnostic, quoted retainers on the rest — because commodifying the work would be the first thing to betray it.
Apply to Work With Us— 01 / Engagements
Three engagements. One principal. Capped at fourteen clients a year.
Every engagement begins the same way: a paid 90-minute diagnostic with Omarion Reyes. From there, scope and retainer are quoted against your category, your stage, and the work the positioning actually demands. Pricing is transparent on the diagnostic; the rest is built, not benchmarked.

02Core
Positioning Retainer
Quoted · typically 10–14 weeks, billed monthly
The work the studio was founded on: positioning, narrative architecture, naming, and the linguistic system the identity later sits on. We rebuild the strategic argument your company makes to itself, your investors, your press, and your customer.
- Category positioning & competitive frame
- Naming & linguistic trademark search (in-house team, 380+ filings, zero substantive refusals)
- Narrative architecture — pitch, manifesto, investor one-pager
- Messaging system across web, retail, PR, and sales
- Founder-led workshops, weekly working sessions
-
03System
Identity System
Quoted · typically 16–24 weeks, built on top of a Positioning Retainer
The visual and verbal identity the positioning demands. Wordmark, type system, color, photographic direction, packaging, retail, and the spec sheets your future in-house team or external partners will work from for the next decade.
- Wordmark, custom or licensed type, and full typographic system
- Color, photographic direction, and editorial art direction
- Packaging, retail, environmental, and digital expression
- Brand guidelines & hand-off to your in-house or partner team
- Trademark registration and IP assignment, handled in-house
The diagnostic fee is the only number published on the site. Retainers are quoted because the work is built per engagement — a Series A DTC launch and a hospitality rebrand for a 40-unit operator share almost nothing in scope, hours, or risk.
— 02 / Who it’s for
This studio is built for a specific kind of founder.
We do our best work with Series A through Series C founders preparing for a launch, a rebrand, or a category entry — and with the CMOs they hire to lead that work. We work with DTC operators entering wholesale, hospitality founders opening a second concept, and PE operating partners rebuilding a portfolio brand after a thesis shift.
Four of our active clients are Y Combinator alumni. Two are backed by Forerunner. Several are second-time founders who watched their first brand ossify and aren’t going through that twice.
We’re the wrong fit if you need a logo in six weeks, a pitch deck by Friday, or a brand book you can hand to an in-house team and never look at again. We’re the wrong fit if the work is downstream of a positioning decision you’ve already locked, or if the founder isn’t in the room for the hard calls. The diagnostic is designed to surface that mismatch before either of us commits.
— 03 / The roster, in numbers
Ten years, one principal, a deliberately small roster.
Featured in It’s Nice That, Brand New, and Eye on Design. Spoke at OFFF Barcelona 2023 on positioning after product-market fit. Downloaded by 41,000 operators.
— 04 / Process
From application to shipped identity, in four beats.
A typical engagement runs ten to twenty-four weeks depending on tier. The path is the same regardless of scope: apply, diagnose, build, ship. There are no junior handoffs and no surprises in week nine.
-
I.
Apply
A four-question form on the site — stage, category, what you’re trying to ship, and why now. Omarion reads every submission personally and replies within five business days. About one in three applicants is invited to the diagnostic.
-
II.
Diagnostic
Ninety minutes, video or in Brooklyn. We whiteboard the strategic argument, surface the naming and positioning territories worth testing, and write the four-page brief the retainer will scope against. You leave with a clear yes, a clear no, and a quoted range.
-
III.
Build
Weekly working sessions with Omarion, async writing between them, and a small named team across strategy, naming, and design. The work is shipped in chapters — positioning, narrative, naming, identity, expression — with explicit go/no-go gates between each so neither side is surprised by what the next chapter costs.
-
IV.
Ship
Hand-off package: brand guidelines, trademark registrations, retail and digital specs, and a 60-minute readout with your in-house or partner team. Most clients stay on a light advisory retainer afterward — roughly three in four do — but nothing about the core engagement depends on it.
— 05 / Apply
Three spots left for 2025. Apply to start with the diagnostic.
The diagnostic is the only published price on the site and the only door into the studio. Applications are read personally by Omarion; you’ll hear back within five business days.
